Our story
Building good homes and legacies.
The name
“Uloma” means a good home.
In Igbo, Uloma means “a good home.” It's a promise we put on every project: a space that's beautiful, solid and made to last for the people who live in it, and the generations after.
From Sketch Craft to construction
An artist's hands.
Founder Cjay started out as a cake designer and artist with Sketch Craft, sculpting edible art where a millimetre mattered. That same obsession with detail, proportion and finish now shapes every basement, suite, renovation and floor Uloma Builds delivers. The medium changed. The standard didn't.
Family values
What we stand on.
Precision
Every line, joint and corner treated like a finished piece of art.
Honesty
Clear pricing, clear timelines, and straight answers.
Family
We build for your family the way we'd build for our own.
