The Story
The Goal
The homeowners wanted to update the whole house and add a basement suite to create extra living space and income potential.
What We Did
We renovated the home from top to bottom and developed a full basement suite. Our photos follow the bathroom from rough-in plumbing through to finish: a fully tiled walk-in shower with a waterproof sloped base, black mosaic floor, recessed niche and matte black rain and handheld fixtures; large-format dark floor tile; a double vanity; and a frameless sliding glass shower door.
